TRAC AC Bow and Stern Thrusters

TRAC Thrusters deliver more thrust per horsepower than any other thruster available.

TRAC thrusters in the range of 25-200 horsepower can be configured for AC motor drive. The thruster motor is controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to enable variable thruster speed and also to limit motor starting inrush current.

The thruster panels (shown on left) feature proportional controls, low profile, and an ergonomic design. They also have an intuitive spring-to-center or friction lock lever, a power-on indicator and an audible alarm indicator. The control panel comes in a single or dual configuration.
