MV Dirona Makes Atlantic Crossing with ABT Stabilizers
We're now at 63,500 miles on our continuing around-the-world tour
"We're now at 63,500 miles on our continuing around-the-world tour and have yet to have experienced a situation where the ABT stabilizers were not operating. When we first got the boat we were really worried about stabilizers reliability given the problems experienced on the original NAR but that issue just didn't show up. Modern well-maintained stabilizers are amazingly reliable. On the last trip, ours got a massive workout through three gales and performed flawlessly on the 2,800 nm trip. Thanks for a great product, pass on our best wishes to the rest of the team at ABT, and feel free to send folks with reliability concerns our way." - James Hamilton, Skipper M/V Dirona
