"We're now at  63,500 miles on our continuing around-the-world tour and have yet to have experienced a situation where the ABT stabilizers were not operating. When we first got the boat we were really worried about stabilizers reliability given the problems experienced on the original NAR but that issue just didn't show up. Modern well-maintained stabilizers are amazingly reliable. On the last trip, ours got a massive workout through three gales and performed flawlessly on the 2,800 nm trip.
